1. The Promoter The promoter is: John Cotton Group Ltd of No 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB, trading as Snuggledown UK ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility 2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. 2.2. This giveaway is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the promotion. 2.3. Internet access and a valid Instagram account or email address are required.

3. Promotional Period 3.1. The giveaway opens on 10th February 2026 at 18:00 GMT and closes on 17th February 2026 at 23:59 GMT ("the Closing Date"). 3.2. All entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

4. How to Enter 4.1. Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. 4.2. There are two (2) methods of entry. A participant may enter via one or both methods. All valid entries from both methods will be entered into a single prize draw. 4.3. Method A: Organic Instagram Entry a) Log in to your Instagram account. b) Follow the @snuggledownuk Instagram page. c) Like the official giveaway post published on the @snuggledownuk feed. d) Tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. e) Multiple entries are permitted via this method, provided each comment tags a different, valid Instagram account. Each valid comment will be counted as one (1) entry. f) Bonus Entry: Sharing the giveaway post to a public Instagram Story and tagging @snuggledownuk will count as one (1) additional bonus entry. 4.4. Method B: Social Media Ad (Lead Form) Entry a) Entry may also be made via a promotional advertisement served on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). b) To enter via this method, click the call-to-action on the ad (e.g., 'Sign Up' or 'Enter Now') and complete the on-screen Instant Form with your full name and a valid email address. c) Only one (1) entry is permitted per person via this method. Duplicate entries from the same person/email address will be disqualified.

5. The Prize 5.1. There will be one (1) winner in total, selected from the combined pool of all valid entries from both Method A and Method B. 5.2. The winner will receive one (1) "Valentine's Staycation" prize package, which includes: a) One (1) Snuggledown bedding set (specific collection, size, and items subject to availability). b) One (1) curated bundle of premium skincare products (brands and products are selected by the Promoter and are subject to change). 5.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1. One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received across both entry methods by the Closing Date. 6.2. The draw will take place within seven (7) working days of the Closing Date. 6.3. The winner will be notified via the method they used to enter: either by Instagram Direct Message from the official @snuggledownuk account OR via the email address provided in the Meta Lead Form. 6.4. The winner must respond to the notification to claim their prize within seven (7) days. If a winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 6.5. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of them successfully claiming the prize and providing a valid UK postal address.

7. Data Protection and Privacy 7.1. By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents to administer the promotion and for winner notification. 7.2. If you enter via the Social Media Ad (Method B), you are providing your personal information to the Promoter for the purpose of entering the giveaway. You will also be given a clear option to opt-in to receive future marketing communications from Snuggledown UK. Consenting to marketing is not a condition of entry. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. 7.3. The winner's Instagram handle or name may be announced publicly on the Promoter's social media channels and website.

8. General 8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. 8.2. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. 8.3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram). By entering, you release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway. 8.4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 8.5. The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
