These terms and conditions relate to the "Snuggledown Spring Reset Bundle" giveaway promoted by Snuggledown, part of John Cotton Group. This promotion has two methods of entry, with all valid entries being entered into a single prize draw for one winner.

1. The Promoter The promoter is: John Cotton Group Ltd, whose registered office is at No 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB.

2. Eligibility This free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of John Cotton Group Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

3. How to Enter Entry is free of charge. A limit of one entry per person per entry method applies. All valid entries from both methods will be entered into the same prize draw.

• Method 1: Paid Social Media Advertisement (Email Sign-up) To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Instant Form with their full name and a valid email address via the Snuggledown giveaway advertisement on Meta platforms (Facebook and/or Instagram). This entry route is open from 00:01 GMT on 24th April 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 1st May 2026.
• Method 2: Organic Instagram Post To enter, participants must follow the instructions on the specified giveaway post on the @snuggledownuk Instagram profile. This includes: a. Following the @snuggledownuk Instagram account. b. Liking the specified giveaway post. c. Tagging at least one friend in the comments of the specified post. This entry route is open from the time the post is published on 24th April 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 1st May 2026.

Entries received outside of these specified times for each method will not be valid.

4. The Prize There is one (1) prize to be won in total. The winner will receive one (1) Snuggledown Spring Reset Bundle, which includes:

• One (1) Neom Organics London Wellbeing Real Luxury De-stress Scented Candle
• One (1) RITUALS The Ritual Of Jing Mineral Stone Diffuser

The size of the Snuggledown items (e.g., Double, King) can be chosen by the winner from the available options. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative will be offered. The prize includes items from third-party brands; these brands are not participants in or sponsors of this promotion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random. All valid entries from both Method 1 (Email Sign-up) and Method 2 (Organic Instagram Post) will be combined into a single prize pool before the random draw is conducted.
• The draw will take place within seven (7) working days of the promotion's closing date.
• The winner will be notified based on their method of entry. If the winner entered via Method 1, they will be notified by email. If the winner entered via Method 2, they will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @snuggledownuk account only. We will never ask for bank details or direct you to an external link to claim your prize.
• The winner will have fourteen (14) days from the date of the notification to claim their prize by providing their delivery details. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the same combined entry pool.

6. Publicity The Promoter may be required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails info@snuggledown.co.uk within one month after the closing date.

If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@snuggledown.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
