What tests are performed on Snuggledown products?
1. Tog Testing – This measures the thermal resistance of duvets.
2. Mini Carding – This allows us to create prototype scale samples for thorough testing. Allowing us to get our products just right.
3. Tensile Testing – This measures the tensile, burst and seam strength as well seam slippage, to ensure a safe and durable product.
How do I return a product?
For products purchased on the Snuggledown website, please email info@Snuggledown.co.uk. Please note, bedding products that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For Snuggledown products purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailers returns and refunds policy.
