Have you had your Snuggledown product for over 28 days and noticed a fault? If you are still within our 2-year guarantee period, you can easily claim your replacement. Please note that replacements are UK only, and we might ask you to return your product before we are able to dispatch a replacement.

Terms and Conditions*
At Snuggledown we pride ourselves on our product quality, with high manufacturing standards and strict quality testing. However, for your peace of mind, we offer a guarantee to protect you against any manufacturing issues that may arise. At Snuggledown we offer the following Guarantee Periods for manufacturing faults:
- 2 years: Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers, Duvet.
If a manufacturing fault develops within 28 days of purchase, please return to the place of purchase, with proof of purchase.
If a manufacturing fault develops after 28 days and within the above guarantee period of the product, you can make a claim through Snuggledown.co.uk or by emailing info@snuggledown.co.uk.
For peace of mind, you can also register your purchase here. The guarantee is for a replacement only. We cannot offer a refund. In the event that the product is no longer available or out of stock, we will send a similar item. Replacements will only be sent within the UK.
We may ask you to return the products to us to inspect prior to agreeing to a replacement. The guarantee period runs from the initial purchase; replacements do not extend the guarantee period.
Terms & Conditions of the Guarantee:
We shall not be liable to offer replacements under the terms of guarantee in the following cases:
- Non-manufacturing faults – misuse, accidental damage, willful damage, fair wear and tear, incorrect storage, or use contrary to manufacturer recommendations or product-specific care label instructions.
- For Pet Beds – if the product is clearly damaged by the pet and not a manufacturer fault.
- If the manufacturer details have been removed.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
